Mamadou WaggehFounder
Mamadou Waggeh is the founder of Leaid, an AI-first consulting firm built at the intersection of growth strategy, artificial intelligence, legaltech and regulated markets. A graduate of Sciences Po Law School and holder of a Master's in Public Affairs from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, he held strategic positions at the French National Bar Council (Conseil national des barreaux) and then at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, where he worked on the transformation of regulated professions and the impact of generative AI on the economy.
His background allows him to advise executives, AI startups, legaltechs, software vendors and professional organisations wherever technology, regulation, institutions and market access meet. In 2026, Institut Choiseul named him among « Les 40 qui font le futur du droit » (the 40 shaping the future of law), in the Entrepreneurship and LegalTech/RegTech category.
